Good afternoon stampers! Feels great to sit and be creative after a weekend full of crunching numbers and books...:) I *should* be preparing for my stamp-a-stack and club meeting this weekend, but hey - a girl needs some creative, fun time too, right?! Mwhahahahha!
Splitcoaststampers offered a color challenge to use Pacific Point, Certainly Celery and Basic Gray in a card. Here's what I came up with:

I embossed the main card with the Swiss Dots cuttlebug folder and the certainly celery layer with the Ornaments Cuttlebug folder. I must admit, this is the first time I've used my spiral punch! *Head hung low* I know hey - I will definitely be using it more often! I really like it!! Thanks for looking!
This card is more rich and elegant using the new Scandanavian Season set. I like the combination of punches used for the sentiment....

This card is more fun with the glitter and Mr. Twigster stamp set! I especially like the scalloped edge on the orange layer and the cute designer paper....I enjoy this card a lot!

The first card is a 6x6 card - one that I normally wouldn't do for a stamp-a-stack, but my sister, Jackie, showed me the idea in a magazine and I ran with it! I think it turned out fantastic!

Life has been crazy busy for me the past month, and today, I got to spend the whole day at home to do whatever I wanted and I decided it's been way too long since I've sat at my craft table and made a card. I went to Splitcoaststampers and found their sketch challenge for today. It was with multiple layers which is the style of cards I really like.
Since it is Breast Cancer Awareness, I included pink in my card that I created. Here is my creation for the sketch challenge. I apologize as you can't really see the Dazzling Diamonds, but it's on the candle and confetti on the icing. I love, love, love this new set! :)

Hello there....as promised....a card for you....LOL. I went to SCS and found their challenge for today - Ways to Use it....and today it was Ways to Use Plaid. I decided to go with plaid paper from Bella Rose DP. Hope you enjoy it! Now I'm off to bed so I can leave for Edmonton tomorrow for Regionals on Saturday! I'm sooooo excited!
